Full production cycle

Viknar’off includes a full production cycle starting with glazing units endind with complex structures.

Highly automated workshops ensure the production of structures of varying complexity in the shortest possible time while maintaining the highest quality standards

Own import of materials from the EU

Viknar’off uses components from Europe, most of which the company imports itself for manufaturing of our products

Thus, we guarantee the authenticity of the origin of materials, the quality and fast production

European equipment

Viknar’off production facilities are equipped only with the most modern automated equipment of well-known European brands Schirmer (Germany), Urban (Germany), Rotox (Germany), Bystronic (Switzerland), Lisec (Austria) and others.

Export to 12 countries of the world

The quality of Viknar’off windows has been recognized in Europe for over 10 years. Daily deliveries of windows are sent to Germany, France, Norway, Spain and other countries.

Modern innovative solutions are developed together with European partners

Windows

Viknar’off’s production is fully automated. Profile preparation takes place on a Schirmer multifunctional line, welding and stripping on Urban four-head machines, which provide maximum accuracy. Fittings are attached to the sashes on special Aluma and Rotox fitting tables

Windows

Doors and non-standard structures

Viknar’off implements non-standard solutions (doors, arches, trapezoidal and triangular windows) using Federhenn, Rapid, Graule and Urban equipment.

Holes in the metal for the door lock are made with a special plasma cutter for maximum structural strength.

There is also an aluminum structures workshop where windows, doors and sliding systems are made of aluminum

Doors

Viknar’off glass packs

Viknar’off has six glass pack lines equipped with sealing robots.
Cutting is carried out on Bystronic, Lisec, Hegla (for Triplex safety glass) tables, which support the Jambo format (6×3 m).
Assembly, filling with inert argon gas and sealing of glass packs is carried out as automatically as possible with a minimum of external effects

Technical control

A technical control department operates continuously at the Viknar’оff production facilities. The products undergo multi-stage testing, in particular, of incoming materials, ready-made glass packs and windows.

We have the only one in Ukraine special testing stand to control the quality of doors. This stand helps to test the finished product in conditions close to everyday use.

Quality monitoring

The production is certified according to the ISO 9001:2009 “Quality Management Systems” standard, and the products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of DSTU and European EN standards.

There is also a special laboratory stand to test watertightness, air permeability and wind load resistance of our structures

Viknar’off is one of the first Ukrainian window manufacturers to receive CE quality certification according to the EN standard in 2015.

Steps and manufacturing process of windows

The Viknar’off production complex includes several workshops for the production of PVC structures of any type

Step 1

The production of any structure begins with the preparation of the profile on the Schirmer automated line (Germany)

Step 2

The Schirmer automated line performs many tasks: it processes the profile, cuts it, makes drainage and compensation holes, reinforces the profile, and drills holes for the impost.

Step 3

Installing and securing the metal into the PVC profile, forming into a batch for further work is done automatically

Step 4

The profile is reinforced with galvanized steel metal with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm in various shapes: L, U and square

Step 5

Drilling holes for door locks is done using a plasma cutter; this method does not weaken the door structure in the lock area.

Step 6

Viknar’off production uses 16 four-head Urban welding machines (Germany), which provide the highest quality of profile welding in the fastest possible time.

Step 7

The most significant advantage of the Urban welding machine is maintaining the correct diagonal of the structure, thanks to welding the 4 corners of the structure simultaneously.

Step 8

German equipment Urban is used for welds cleaning at Viknar’off, which perfectly processes the contour.

Step 9

The four-head corner cleaner Urban SV800 can simultaneously process two corners of one structure or four corners of two adjacent ones.

Step 10

Viknar’off operates a 7-level employee qualification system. Professional position induction and advanced training are conducted on a regular basis.

Step 11

Viknar’off uses multifunctional Siegenia and Vorne fittings for windows and doors. The sashes are fitted with fittings on special Aluma and Rotox fitting tables.

Step 12

From the moment the profile is prepared to the moment the finished window is packaged, the structures are moved through the workshops using conveyors.

Step 13

The technical control department operates continuously on Viknaroff production. The products undergo multi-stage testing, including incoming materials, finished glazing units and windows.

Step 14

Glass cutting takes place on tables manufactured by Bystronic, Lisec, Hegla (for Triplex safety glass), which support the Jambo format (6×3 m).

Етап 15

Large glass format and virtual cutting in the program provide maximum optimization of materials

Step 16

Viknar’off works with the following types of glass: float (4 mm, 6 mm), energy-saving (4 mm, 6 mm), multifunctional Solar glass, protective Triplex, etc.

Step 17

There are six glazing units assembling lines equipped with Lisec sealing machines at Viknar’off

Step 18

Assembly, filling with inert argon gas and sealing of glazing units is carried out as automatically as possible with a minimum of external effects using the equipment Bystronic (Switzerland)

Step 19

Bended spacer frames are used for the production of windows: aluminum and so-called “warm frames” ChromateckC

Step 20

The movement and installation of glazing units is carried out using Bystronic manipulators (Switzerland) with various types of console suction cups.

Step 21

Decorative film covering of structures takes place on two lamination lines with high-quality Winshield (Israel) and Renolit (Germany) films using Kleiberit glue (Germany).

Step 22

The profile is prepared properly, and then, according to the technology, it is left to stand in the warehouse for several days at the appropriate temperature before lamination. Thus, the lamination coating lives as long as possible.

Step 23

The Viknar’off production facility has a separate workshop for the manufacture of non-standard structures with bended imposts: arches, trapezoid windows, as well as door structures (balcony, interior and entrance doors).

Step 24

Federhenn, Rapid, Graule and Urban machines are used for the production of door structures.

Step 25

The profile for arched structures undergoes a technically correct bending process and absolutely every arch is reinforced with metal to preserve the static properties of the structure.

Step 26

The only one in Ukraine special stand of door install simulation is used to control the quality of doors .

Step 27

Door install simulating stand helps to test the finished product in conditions close to everyday use.

Step 28

Packaging of finished structures is carried out using special Robopac packaging robots (Italy)

Step 29

There is also a special laboratory stand to test watertightness, air permeability and wind load resistance of our structures
