The Gealan S 9000 profile is a benchmark of energy efficiency thanks to its 82.5 mm installation depth, three sealing circuits and six internal chambers. The Gealan S 9000 profile is highly reliable thanks to a number of technical solutions. Reinforcement of the welds with a corner reinforcement device significantly increases the strength of the weld, creating a continuous contour with reinforcement that prevents deformation. The 2 mm thick armoring profile improves the functionality and stability of the PVC profile.
Technical lock holes preserve the stiffening elements, increasing the static properties of the structure. An additional seal in the lower part of the sash provides excellent airtightness and protection against blowing, guaranteeing durability and safety.
The Gealan S 9000 profile doors can be furnished with HPL panels, which have unique advantages. These panels can withstand heat up to 130°C and are characterized by four times less elasticity than PVC, which ensures high resistance to thermal deformation.
HPL panels weigh less, which reduces the load on hinges and other structural elements, ensuring the durability of the door without being out alignment. They are available in seven colors, ensuring a harmonious combination with the profile.

Gealan S 9000 allows for the production of doors with Viknaroff HPL Panels. HPL panels for doors offer significant advantages: they can withstand temperatures up to 130°C, have four times less linear expansion compared to PVC, and do not emit harmful substances due to their composition from environmentally friendly resins.
Available in thicknesses of 42 mm and 44 mm for different profile systems, these panels reduce the load on door structures, preventing sagging and extending service life. They also come in a wide range of colors, allowing for perfect coordination with any interior.
The technology of reinforcing joints with special welded connectors (corner reinforcements) significantly increases the strength of the product.
This method allows the reinforcement elements to be connected into a single continuous contour, enhancing the overall stability and rigidity of the structure. As a result, the doors can withstand greater mechanical loads.
To ensure maximum door strength, the metal cutouts for the lock are made using a plasma cutter.
This method allows for precise and clean cuts, ensuring a perfect fit for the lock and its components. The use of plasma cutting not only improves mechanical performance but also provides additional security, making the structure more robust.
STV® – Simple and Practical
The STV® static dry glazing technology opens up new possibilities. It involves applying double-sided adhesive tape to the sash. A glass unit bonded to the sash using STV® becomes a structural element, significantly increasing the rigidity of the entire unit. This allows the construction to withstand much higher loads compared to products made using traditional manufacturing methods.
With STV®, the maximum sash width at the rebate can reach up to 1450 mm. The technology also allows for smaller sash sizes in PVC constructions, improves thermal insulation performance, and most importantly — enhances break-in resistance to the highest level.
