Gealan S9000 Black 110L-2 – standard lamination color
For lamination with black color the high-quality film “WINSHIELD 110L-2” is used.
Double-sided lamination in black is performed on a gray profile base.
We care not only about the appearance of the structure, but also about its functionality.
That is why the black color structures in the Gealan S9000 profile system are provided with:
Reinforced metal with a thickness of at least 2 mm (square reinforcement in the frame and impost);
Have additional decompression holes for ventilation of profile chambers;
To connect 2 or more structures, it is recommended to use linear expansion joints;
To complete the structures in black color you can use the Black HPL panel 44 mm.
STV® simple and practical
The STV® static-seal technology opens up new possibilities. It involves applying double-sided adhesive tape to the sash. A glass unit glued into a sash using STV® technology becomes a rigid element, and such a structure can withstand significantly higher loads compared to products of traditional production technology. The maximum width of the STV® sash reaches up to 1450 mm FFB. STV® technology increases the accuracy of minimum sash sizes in PVC structures, significantly improves thermal insulation, and most importantly, the windows are highly protected from burglary.
The 3rd sealing contour is an advantage of Gealan S9000
The sealing system of a PVC window with three contours means the presence of external, internal and middle seals. The advantages of the third sealing contour in the Gealan S9000 window are obvious. It divides the zone of interaction of the profiles into two parts, forming two additional chambers, thus increasing the heat, sound and waterproofing characteristics of the window, and also helps to protect the fittings.
It is used only with the Gealan S 9000 profile system.

The company uses modern equipment, such as Federhenn, Rapid, Graule and Urban, which allows it to produce bent imposts, trapezoids, diagonal door leaves and other non-standard shapes with high precision.
To ensure maximum door strength, holes in the metal for the lock are made with a special plasma cutter. Also, Viknar’off uses the technology of reinforcing the welds with special welded connectors (corner reinforcements), which significantly increases the stability of the product. This method allows to connect the reinforcement into a single solid contour, increasing the overall stability and rigidity of the structure.
