Viknar’off production is fully automatic. The profile preparation is carried out on the Schirmer multifunctional line, soldering and cleaning – on the four-head Urban machines which allow to reach the maximum accuracy. The sash is tied with accessories on the special Aluma and Rotox hardware tables

Doors
and non-standards

Viknar’off implements non-standard solutions (arched, trapezoidal, sloping windows and different door structures) on Federhenn, Rapid, Graule and Urban equipment. Holes in the metal for door locks are made with a special plasma cutter for the maximum strength of structures. There is also an aluminum workshop, where windows, doors and sliding systems are made of aluminum.

Glazing
units

Viknar’off has six glazing lines equipped with automatic sealing robots. Cutting takes place on Bystronic, Lisec, Hegla tables (for Triplex glass), which support Jambo-size (6 × 3 m). Assembly, filling with inert argon gas and sealing of glazing windows are as automatic as possible with a minimum of external influence

Technical

Viknar’off has a continuous technical control department; therefore, all the products undergo a multilevel control, in particular of input materials, ready-made double-glazed units and windows. For the control of door structures, Viknar’off owns the only stand in the whole Ukraine which allows to check manufactured products in the best possible way.

  • Manufacturing of any structure begins with the preparation of a profile on the automatic line Schirmer (Germany)
  • The automatic line Schirmer performs many tasks: processes each profile, cuts it, makes drainages and compensation holes, reinforces the profile, drills holes for the impost
  • Installation and fixing of metal in a profile as well as formation of goods for the further work are made automatically
  • Each profile is reinforced with galvanized metal (with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.5 mm) of different shapes: L, U and square
  • Holes in metal for door locks are made with a special plasma cutter, therefore allowing not to reduce the strength of the door structure in the lock area
  • Viknar’off has sixteen 4-head welding machines Urban (Germany), which allow to achieve the highest quality welding in the fastest time
  • The biggest advantage of Urban welding machines is the correct diagonal of structures, which makes it possible to weld the 4 corners of any structure at the same time
  • For cleaning all the seams Viknar’off also uses German Urban equipment, which perfectly makes the contour
  • 4-head corner cleaner Urban SV800 can work with two corners of one structure or four corners of two structures
  • Viknar’off has a 7-level employee qualification system. Introduction to new job positions and advanced training of professionals is on a permanent basis
  • Viknar’off uses Siegenia and Vorne multifunction hardware for windows and doors. Fastening of sashes with accessories takes place on special Aluma and Rotox tables
  • From the moment of profile preparation to the moment of packing of a ready window, structures are moved from one workshop to another by means of conveyors
  • Viknar'off has a continuous technical inspection department. Our products undergo multilevel control, especially of input materials, ready-made glazing units and windows
  • Glass cutting takes place on Bystronic, Lisec and Hegla tables (for Triplex glass), which support Jambo-size (6x3 m)
  • The large format of glass and virtual glass cutting allow to optimize materials as much as possible
  • Viknar’off works with the following types of glass: float glass (4 mm, 6 mm) Low-E glass (4 mm, 6 mm), Solar multifunctional glass, Triplex glass, etc.
  • Viknar’off has six glazing lines equipped with Lisec sealing robots
  • Assembly, filling with inert argon gas and sealing of glazing units are made as automatically as possible with a minimum of external influence using Bystronic equipment (Switzerland)
  • Bent window spacers are used for the windows production: aluminum and so-called "warm spacer" Chromateck
  • Moving and installation of large-sized glazing units are done by means of Bystronic glass manipulators (Switzerland) with different types of suction cups
  • Lamination of structures takes place on the two lamination lines with high-quality films Winshield (Israel) and Renolit (Germany) using Kleiberit glue (Germany)
  • Before lamination takes place, profiles are prepared appropriately, and then, according to the technology, they are left inside a warehouse at the appropriate temperature for several days so as to make lamination last as long as possible
  • Viknar’off has a separate workshop for making non-standard structures with bent imposts, such as arched, trapezoidal and sloping windows as well as door structures (balcony doors, interior and exterior doors)
  • Federhenn, Rapid, Graule and Urban machines are used to make door constructions
  • The profile for arched structures passes the appropriate bending process and absolutely each arch is reinforced with metal in order to preserve the static ability of structures
  • For the control of door structures, there is the only stand in Ukraine for imitation of door installation
  • The stand for door installation allows to check manufactured products in the best possible way
  • Packaging of finished structures is done by using special Robopac robots (Italy)
  • There is also a special laboratory stand for checking watertightness, air permeability and wind load resistance of our structures
